Building sustainable communities through long-term, community-led development.
Shrusti Pratishtana was established in 2019 to bring together people from different professional backgrounds who wanted to contribute their experience and capabilities towards community development.
Over time, the Trust has brought together senior professionals, young contributors, engineers, civil and construction professionals, entrepreneurs, business leaders and individuals with experience in different areas of project execution and social engagement
This multidisciplinary background is an important part of who we are.
Social development projects do not always fit within a single discipline. A community infrastructure project may require engineering and construction expertise. A sports initiative may require facility planning, programme understanding and stakeholder coordination. An educational project may involve infrastructure, technology and institutional partnerships.
Our collective professional experience allows us to look at these requirements from more than one perspective.
The people associated with Shrusti Pratishtana have been involved in infrastructure development, civil construction, engineering, sports facilities, healthcare-related infrastructure, government-related works, project execution and business management.
As a result, we understand the practical side of taking an initiative from an idea to an operational outcome.
We also recognise an important distinction
Shrusti Pratishtana is a young social organisation. We do not present ourselves as an organisation with decades of CSR operations. Instead, we bring the professional experience of our people into the social sector and use that experience to develop and execute meaningful projects.
That distinction matters to us because credibility should come from what we know, what we do and how responsibly we deliver it.
