Our mission is to identify genuine community needs and work with CSR partners, institutions, government bodies, local stakeholders and communities to develop and implement practical, sustainable initiatives.
We want CSR resources to move beyond allocation and expenditure and result in something tangible for the people they are intended to benefit.
Our work spans education, sports, healthcare, infrastructure, livelihoods and skills, environmental initiatives and broader community development.
The nature of our involvement depends on the requirement. It may include identifying a project, assessing feasibility, developing the scope, coordinating technical requirements, preparing budgets, managing implementation, coordinating
stakeholders, monitoring progress and documenting the outcome.
We believe each project should begin with a clear understanding of the need and end with a clearly identifiable result.
Our mission is therefore not simply to complete projects
It is to create facilities, programmes and opportunities that can continue generating value for communities well beyond the initial CSR intervention.
